Melissa Henson is an accomplished senior-level human resources professional with a distinguished career highlighted by strategic leadership and transformative impact. Melissa joined the ConnectedHR family in 2015 as an HR Director Consultant. As the newly appointed Director of Talent Services at ConnectedTALENT, Melissa brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as a strategic HR leader across various organizational landscapes.
Melissa’s experience supporting small-to-mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies, combined with her HR knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills, has consistently helped achieve organizational goals. She has experience navigating the complexities of both union and non-union environments across multiple industries. Her expertise includes employee relations, employment law, compliance, executive business partnering, talent acquisition, project management, and more. Melissa’s versatile skill set enables her to deliver customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Melissa has successfully driven talent acquisition initiatives from entry-level positions to executive roles. She is committed to supporting clients’ people operations and aligning them with organizational goals and growth objectives. Melissa’s strategic mindset and hands-on experience position her as a catalyst for driving organizational success.
Melissa has extensive experience building human resource and recruitment departments, balancing workplace policies, and implementing best practices. Her strategic policy development, talent acquisition strategies, and executive-level guidance have consistently delivered impactful results.
Melissa holds an MBA with a specialization in HR, and her certifications include PHR and SHRM-CP. She grew up in Toledo and currently resides in Medina with her husband and two children.
Tanyeh brings over 15 years of full process recruiting experience; successfully attracting talent from entry-level to senior leadership level roles. She has partnered with various organizations in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services to increase a healthy workforce and improve recruitment processes.
Tanyeh obtained both her undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. She is a servant leader who is passionate about both the candidate and client experience. One of her favorite quotes by Maya Angelou is “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Tanyeh resides in Columbus, OH. She has 4 children and 2 granddaughters that she adores. In her spare time, she also enjoys jazz festivals, comedy shows, movies and reading books.
Dee is an enthusiastic, data-driven, and engaging HR professional with over 10 years of diverse HR experience and talent acquisition from smaller organizations to larger Fortune 500 companies. With a MS in Human Resource Management, Dee has a passion for developing talent acquisition strategies, finding top talent, and building lasting relationships. Dee is an active Military Service member and takes pride in serving her country.
